Grounded Leadership Immersion: Winter 2026
Join other leaders for a deep-dive into the art and science of cultivating nervous system awareness and resilience as the foundation of your work with others.
As humans, we thrive in environments of safety, trust, and authentic connection. But in our fast-paced, high-stress work environments, we often become disconnected—from ourselves, from each other, and from our values and greater sense of meaning. This disconnection often shows up as reactivity, burnout, communication breakdowns, and cultures that erode trust and well-being.
I work with leaders and teams to heal this disconnection through a nervous system-informed approach that integrates neuroscience, intentional community-building, and experiential learning. Through this work, we develop the inner capacity and relational skills to create the conditions for people to show up authentically and do their best work.

SCHOOLS AND YOUTH-SERVING ORGANIZATIONS
The social and emotional well-being of students and educators is essential to thriving youth-serving organizations. Using a trauma-informed lens that honors human needs, neurobiology, and developmental science, I provide professional development, youth programming, and organizational support that humanizes educational systems and creates more compassionate and resilient cultures in the classroom and beyond.

businesses and non-profit organizations
The effectiveness of any organization is shaped by the well-being and resilience of individuals, the quality of interpersonal relationships, and the health of the collective culture. When we attend to all three levels, workplaces thrive. I support values-driven leaders and teams through nervous system-informed facilitation and training to build workplaces where people can bring their full humanity and do their best work.

growth-minded leaders
As humans, we are most fulfilled and effective when we are connected: to our inner experience, to others, and to our deeper values. I work with leaders who want to deepen this connection through nervous system awareness and embodied practice—developing the inner capacity to lead with authenticity, navigate complexity with presence, and show up in life and work with more joy, resilience, and compassion.
