Giving and receiving skillful and honest feedback is a crucial element of healthy organizational culture, and is incredibly challenging for many people. Although anonymous, depersonalized feedback can be helpful, one-on-one direct feedback contributes to deeper and more authentic working relationships and fosters individual growth. I provide structured and facilitated support for one-on-one feedback sessions, which are most effective in combination with individual coaching.

I work with individuals (leaders and team members) in a one-on-one capacity to support them in practices of regulation, relationship-building, and reflection in order to meet their personal and professional goals. I offer ongoing coaching support or session packages to focus on specific goals or areas of growth.

I offer customized support to meet the specific needs and unique cultures of each organization. My approach to team development and organizational support is rooted in neuroscience and an applied understanding of human needs, and I bring a values- and strengths-based lens to the work. All of my programs are experiential and co-created with participants and offer opportunities for building connection and interpersonal skills through play, collaborative challenges, engaging and interactive content, reflection and conversation, and direct practice.
