Self-compassion allows us to build our tolerance to engage with difficult emotions while increasing our capacity to care for others and respond skillfully to the challenges of our world. In four 90-minute sessions, we will explore the theory and practice of mindful self-compassion while cultivating deep connection in beloved community.
